Georges Saghbini
Chairman of the Executive Board
Georges Saghbini is also a board member of Compagnie Financière Richelieu, the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Banque Richelieu France, and the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Banque Richelieu Monaco. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of SocGen Cyprus and Banque Richelieu GCC.
Jacques-Henri David
Board Member
Jacques-Henri David is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Banque Richelieu France, a Board Member of Banque Richelieu Monaco. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Financière Richelieu from 2021 to May 2024. He was also the Chairman of the Commission for the Control of Financial Activities in the Principality of Monaco. He began his career at the Banque de France before joining the office of the French Minister of Finance, which he led in 1980 and 1981. From 1985 to 1989, he served as Financial Director and then General Director of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain. He was the founder and first Chairman of the Banque des PME, which later became BPI France, and he chaired Deutsche Bank AG in France from 2000 to 2009.
Thierry Pascault
Board Member
Thierry Pascault began his career as Head of Banking Practices at Booz Allen & Hamilton in 1976. He co-founded Telesis in 1987 and then became a Senior Partner at A.T. Kearney from 2000 to 2015. He is currently a Board Member of BGFI Holding Corporation and Banque Richelieu Monaco. Thierry Pascault has over 35 years of management consulting experience in financial institutions, focusing on strategy, organization, operational efficiency, and control.
Sylvain Fondeur
Permanent Representative of Compagnie Financière Richelieu - Board Member
Sylvain Fondeur is also the General Director of Compagnie Financière Richelieu and the Chairman of the Executive Board of Banque Richelieu France. He joined Compagnie Financière Richelieu at its inception in 2018 as CFO. He has over 10 years of experience in audit and M&A, specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector. He began his career in 2007 in the asset management division of PwC Luxembourg and joined PwC France in 2010 as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Services department.
Jacques-Aymon Lapluye
Permanent Representative of Banque Richelieu France – Board Member
Jacques-Aymon Lapluye holds a Master's Degree in Market Finance from ESG Paris, and began his career in 1999 with the private bank Fideuram Wargny as a sell-side financial Analyst in charge of the European pharmaceuticals sector, a position he held for 8 years. In 2007, he joined the Richelieu Group as Head of the Portfolio Analysis Department, then Private Banker Manager. He then took over responsibility for the Advisory Management & Structured Products Department, as well as Private Banking.

Lorenzo Gazzoletti
Chief Executive Officer
Graduate of Bocconi University in Milan and HEC Paris, Lorenzo Gazzoletti has over 25 years experience in asset management and insurance. He began his career in 1997 in strategy consulting, notably with McKinsey & Co. In 2004 he was appointed COO of Allianz Life Partnerships. In 2006 he became CEO of WFinance Financial Advisors, then in 2007 he was appointed Director of the Allianz General Agents Network. In 2008 he became CEO of Banque Postale Gestion Privée, a joint venture of Oddo BHF and La Banque Postale. In 2011 he was appointed Deputy CEO of Oddo BHF Asset Management. Since 2019 he has been a member of the Executive Board of Montpensier Finance.
Laurence Adam
Deputy Managing Director and Head of Operations
Laurence Adam was previously Head of Operations at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management for 10 years. She began her career in the world of alternative management in 1998 at BAREP, and then in 2001 at Systeia Capital Management, and has more than 20 years of experience in asset management.
Alexandre Hezez
Group Chief Investment Officer
Previously Director of Collective Management, Strategy and Allocation at Auris Gestion since 2014, he has more than 20 years of experience in asset management and financial markets. Involved in the creation of La Française des Placements in 2000, as an Equity and Diversified Fund Manager, he joined Convictions AM in 2008 as Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner where he developed asset allocation and financial interest allocation funds.
Romain Mahieu
Head of Mandated Management & Solutions
Romain Mahieu began his career as a Multi-Manager Analyst at Avenir Finance IM (2006-2011), then at Vega IM, affiliated with the Natixis Group (2011-2014). For six years, he contributed to the development of discretionary management at Vega IM (2014-2020). He then joined Architas (AXA Group), where he was responsible for selecting European equities. Since 2022, he has held the position of Senior Discretionary Manager for UHNWI at Neuflize OBC (ABN AMRO Group).
