Lorenzo Gazzoletti joins Richelieu Gestion as Managing Director
Lorenzo Gazzoletti has held a number of senior management positions in Asset Management and Insurance.
Since 2019, he has been a Member of the Executive Board of Montpensier Finance, having previously been Chief Operating Officer of Oddo BHF Asset Management SAS and created La Banque Postale Gestion Privée in 2008. His appointment was ratified by the Board of Directors of Richelieu Gestion on June 28, with immediate effect. He will be supported by Laurence Adam, Managing Director of Richelieu Gestion since 2018, and Alexandre Hezez, Director of Management of Richelieu Gestion and Strategist for the Richelieu Group since 2019. Thierry Pascault, already Director of Banque Richelieu Monaco since 2022, is appointed Director of Richelieu Gestion.
With 25 years’ financial experience and a degree from Bocconi University and HEC Paris, Lorenzo Gazzoletti, 50, is starting a new chapter in the history of Richelieu Gestion and continuing its development. A former analyst with Mars & Co (1997-2000), then Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Co (2000-2004), Lorenzo Gazzoletti also worked in insurance with the Allianz Group (2004-2008), where he was successively COO of Allianz Partenariats (AVIP, Arcalis, Gaipare), CEO of the WFinance advisor network, then Director of the General Agents Network. In 2008, he created La Banque Postale Gestion Privée, a joint venture between La Banque Postale and Oddo BHF. In 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of Oddo BHF Asset Management SAS. Since 2019, he has been a Member of the Executive Board of Montpensier Finance.

Thierry Pascault has over 35 years’ experience as a management consultant to financial institutions, specializing in strategy, organization, operational efficiency and control. He began his career as Head of Banking Practice at Booz Allen & Hamilton in 1976. He co-founded Telesis in 1987, then became Senior Partner at A.T. Kearney from 2000 to 2015. He is also a director of BGFI Holding Corporation.
