Lorenzo Gazzoletti joins Richelieu Gestion as CEO
Lorenzo Gazzoletti has held a large number of senior management positions in the asset management and insurance industries. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Executive Board of Montpensier Finance, having previously been Deputy Managing Director of Oddo BHF Asset Management SAS and created La Banque Postale Gestion Privée in 2008. His appointment was approved by the Board of Directors of Richelieu Gestion on June 28th, with immediate effect. He will be supported by Laurence Adam, Managing Director of Richelieu Gestion since 2018, and Alexandre Hezez, CIOof Richelieu Gestion and Strategist at Richelieu Group since 2019. Thierry Pascault, already board member of Banque Richelieu Monaco since 2022, has been appointed board member of Richelieu Gestion.
Graduate of Bocconi University in Milan and HEC Paris, Lorenzo Gazzoletti has over 25 years experience in asset management and insurance. He began his career in 1997 in strategy consulting, notably atMcKinsey & Co. In 2004 he was appointed COO of Allianz Life Partnerships. In 2006 he became CEO of WFinance Financial Advisors, then in 2007 he was appointed Director of the Allianz General Agents Network. In 2008 he became CEO of Banque Postale Gestion Privée, a joint venture of Oddo BHF and La Banque Postale.
In 2011 he was appointed Deputy CEO of Oddo BHF Asset Management. Since 2019 he has been a member of the Executive Board of Montpensier Finance.

Thierry Pascault has over 35 years experience as management consultant in financial institutions, specialising in strategy, organisation, operational efficiency and control. He began his career as Head of Banking Practices at Booz Allen & Hamilton in 1976. He co-founded Telesis in 1987 and then became a Senior Partner at A.T. Kearney from 2000 to 2015. He is also currently director at BGFI Holding Corporation.
