Stanislas Duval de la Guierce joins the team as Sustainable Finance Referent.
His main role will be to accelerate the deployment of Richelieu Gestion’s proprietary extra-financial approach within its two business lines: collective management and discretionary management.
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs Léonard de Vinci, Stanislas Duval de la Guierce, 36, spent 7 years in risk management and control at AXA Investment Management (2013-2019), then GEFIP (2019-2022). At GEFIP, he also contributes to the reflection and deployment of the ESG approach and obtains, in 2022, the ESG Certificate from the CFA Institute.
” There are a multitude of regulatory requirements to be implemented in management today. Mifid 2 is a good representation of this. My role is to analyze, understand and apply these issues in order to combine sustainable finance with traditional finance “, underlines Stanislas Duval de la Guierce.
Christophe Boulanger, Managing Director of Richelieu Gestion, said: “The integration of ESG criteria in our entire range for several years now has allowed us to extend this expertise to our mandate offering in a credible and rational manner. We are thrilled to have Stanislas join the team, he will help us accelerate the momentum of deploying our sustainable approach.”
Richelieu Gestion’s ESG approach
Extra-financial analysis is fully integrated into the investment process of all the funds in the Richelieu Gestion range. It is a structuring factor in the selection of stocks that make up the portfolios. All of Richelieu Gestion’s funds are classified as Article 8 under the SFDR(Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation).
This analysis is also integrated into the Management Under Mandate program with the help of two dedicated ESG mandate models. Richelieu Gestion is thus positioned as a promoter of sustainable finance within the Richelieu Group.
